CHANGES AND RETURNS

How long do I have to return or exchange my jewelry?

You have 30 days from receipt of your purchase.

To make an exchange you just have to access our portal here, where you will have to enter your order number (our online orders start with 20000) and the email you used when making the purchase. During the process, you can choose between an instant refund or an exchange for another item.

How much does a return cost me?

Returns of products purchased online and returned in store are at no charge to you .

If the return or exchange of your online order is to the central office, the costs associated with the changes/return will be at your expense. This charge corresponds to the cost of shipping the new product and collecting the exchanged item. The value is €5.95 for Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands €12.95, Canary Islands €19.95 and Ceuta and Melilla €23.95.

For international exchanges/returns, our Customer Service team will inform you about the corresponding cost.

Orders of €200 or more that have enjoyed free shipping will have a fee of €5.95 as handling costs in the event of a full return of the order.

How long does it take you to pay the refund?

A maximum of 7 days from when we receive the jewelry(s).

How can I find out my ring size?

Our rings are manufactured:

- In the following measurements: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20.

- Self-adjusting single size.

What is the measurement of the necklaces?

The measurement of our necklaces is 42 centimeters , with an extension of 3 centimeters more.

The measurement of our bracelets is 18 centimeters with an extension of 3 centimeters more.

SHIPMENTS

Where do we ship to?

We ship worldwide. Visit the “Shipping and deliveries” section to see cost details.

For logistical reasons, shipments to Andorra, Bolivia, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Cuba, India, Libya, Melilla, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine and Venezuela are not available at the moment.

In how much time will my request be delivered?

All orders are prepared within 48-72 business hours from the date of order confirmation. This may vary during sales or promotion seasons. If you think your order is being delayed you can contact our customer service team:

Other types of shipments we offer are:

  • Express Shipping : Once the order is prepared, shipping time is 24-48 business hours.
  • Standard Shipping : Once the order is prepared, shipping time is between 3 and 4 business days. In Europe the shipping time is 3-5 days and outside the European Union it is 5-11 days.
  • Personalized Jewelry : 5 to 7 business days for engraving jewelry.

*For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process may take up to an additional 24 hours. Only valid for Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, England, Italy and Holland.

Orders placed during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday or Sales may be delayed a few more days due to the volume of orders.

How can I know where my jewelry is during shipping?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the courier company's website, from where you can track your order at all times.

Can I pay cash on delivery?
  • Credit or debit card such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and other international cards.
  • PayPal, an international payment operator with which you can also pay by card, regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account.
  • Sequra, pay in 3 months at no cost

We only accept these types of payment methods.

How I can make sure I made my purchase?

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yeah . From the shopping cart you can delete the items you do not want as long as you have not finished and paid for the order.

If on the same day of the order and once it has been completed, you want to delete an item:

  • If you placed your order after 12pm (CET), please contact customer service.
  • If you placed your order before 12pm (CET), your order has already been shipped and you must arrange a return.
How are discount codes used?

When you have chosen your jewelry and are going to buy it, you will see a box on the next screen in which we will ask you if you have a discount code. Enter it and the amount of your purchase will automatically be reduced.

Are the discount codes on the website applied in store?

Yeah . If it is a discount only on our website, it will appear specified.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

It is only possible to enter one discount code in each order. In our newsletter we indicate the discount codes available so that you can choose which one you prefer to use.

If we have several promotions in force, these will not be cumulative unless otherwise indicated.

How much is the minimum order that can be placed through the website?

There's no minimum order.

What does the package you send me contain?
  • A case for each piece of jewelry you have ordered.
  • One shipping box per order.

What materials are the jewelry made of?

We use certified 925 sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver mixed with alloys to create a very durable material. All our silver is 100% recycled, significantly reducing emissions without sacrificing quality.

Our metal alloy covers layers of 18K gold at least 1 micron thick onto the metal. That's 2 times thicker than the average gold plating and more durable.




All of our diamonds are graded for cut, clarity, color and carat. They are obtained in accordance with the Kimberley Process and the World Diamond Council Guarantee System.

Our cultured freshwater pearls are sourced in Asia and take approximately 2-3 years to grow before they are carefully harvested. Each one is unique in shape, size, character and shine.
