  • Each and every one of our jewels is carefully prepared in our facilities, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact atclienteluxenter@luxenter.com .
  • If you have difficulty placing your order or browsing our website, please restart your browser. If problems persist, please contact us and our technical team will help you as soon as possible.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Thursday will arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. In the case of a public holiday , the order will be processed on the following working day.
  • Your purchase is special, that's why we make sure that orders include :
  1. One official case per item.
  2. A Certificate of Guarantee for each silver item.
  3. One Shipping Box per order.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

  • Credit or debit card such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and other international cards.
  • PayPal, an international payment operator with which you can also pay by card, regardless of whether you have a PayPal account or not.
  • Bizum
  • Google Pay, Google's payment platform.
  • Sequra, pay in 3 months at no cost.

An automatic charge will be made to your card when you process the order. The company may request additional data from the client to verify that the purchase has been made by the cardholder.
