  • Each and every one of our jewelry is carefully prepared in our facilities, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact atclienteluxenter@luxenter.com .
  • If you have difficulty placing your order or navigating through our website, please restart your browser. If problems persist, contact us and our technical team will help you as soon as possible.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Thursday will arrive on Monday. Those admitted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered starting Tuesday, in the case of a holiday it will be processed the next business day.
  • Your purchase is special, that's why we make sure that orders include :
  1. One official case per item.
  2. A Guarantee Certificate for each silver item.
  3. One shipping box per order.
  4. If you want to receive your order in a tote bag, you must add it at check out and it costs €2.95.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

  • Credit or debit card such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and other international cards.
  • PayPal, an international payment operator with which you can also pay by card, regardless of whether or not you have a PayPal account.
  • Sequra, pay in 3 months at no cost.

An automatic charge will be made to your card at the time you process the order. This operation will be carried out through a secure server of THE COMPANY, which guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided by the client through encryption, preventing its communication to third parties outside the legal relationship, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/99 of Personal data protection. The company may request additional data from the customer to verify that the purchase has been made by the cardholder.
