This warranty applies to each of our products, regardless of where you purchased them. Within three years, if your beloved jewelry needs repair, stone tumble, or ring resizing, we'll cover it free of charge. Luxenter jewelry and watches offer you a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects. The requirement is that you have purchased the item as a consumer in a Luxenter physical store or on the luxenter.com website. From the date of purchase, we will repair your Luxenter jewelery/watch free of charge within said period of three years. If repair is impossible or disproportionate, we will exchange your item for another item of the same value.
The warranty will not apply in case of improper use, repair by third parties, lack of care, natural wear and tear, damage caused by normal use (for example, scratched glass), misuse or in the event of damage.
Worn parts such as bracelets, leather or satin straps and batteries are excluded from the warranty.

HOW DO I CLAIM THE WARRANTY?
To claim our warranty service, during the three-year period mentioned above you can take the damaged item to any Luxenter physical store or send it directly to headquarters through our form .
It is essential that you include the purchase receipt in the package and, if it is a watch, the international warranty certificate. This certificate must be completed, dated, signed and stamped at a Luxenter physical store or an authorized Luxenter distributor.
I bought my jewelry at Luxenter.com
Use your email address and online order number (found at the top of your order confirmation email) to use our Online Portal, which will automatically generate the shipping label and documentation you need to ship. your jewelry to us. If you can't find your order number, you can also log into your account to see a list of all your orders.
I bought my jewelry at a Luxenter store or at El Corte Inglés
If you have a warranty confirmation email, you can use your email address and order number (found at the top of your warranty confirmation email and begins STO) to use our Online Portal, which will generate automatically the documentation and shipping label you need to send. your jewelry back to us.
If you have an original printed Luxenter store receipt, an El Corte Ingles receipt or any other form of proof of purchase (such as a bank statement), please contact our team using WhatsApp, email or phone. We may be able to help you locate your receipt, or provide you with further assistance on how to proceed if not.
I received my jewelry as a gift
If you have proof of purchase that includes an order number, you can use our Online Portal. Alternatively, if you did not receive a gift receipt, please contact the buyer for a copy of proof of purchase. If you can't get this from the original buyer, don't worry, contact our team using whatsapp, email or phone at the bottom of this page. We may be able to help you locate your receipt, or give you more help on how to proceed.
I can't find my proof of purchase, can you help me?
We accept many types of proof of purchase, but if you can't find yours, don't worry, you can still take advantage of our lifetime repair service, for a repair fee. This will also activate a new 3 year warranty on your part . As a first step, we recommend that you contact our team using the WhatsApp found at the bottom of this page. We may be able to help you locate your receipt, or provide you with further assistance on how to proceed if not. If you repair an item, the warranty still expires three years from the date of the purchase receipt.
If your part is outside our 3 Year Warranty , don't worry, we can still repair your part with our Lifetime Repair Service for a small fee. This will also activate a new 3 year warranty on your part. To get started, visit our 'How Luxenter's 3-Year Warranty Works' page and simply follow the instructions for the option that best describes how you purchased or received your part. Once we have received your part, our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm the repair charge.
We are happy to resize a ring if it is not the right size for you. Within three years of purchase, size exchange is free, with valid proof of purchase. After three years, we can still change your ring size for a fee.
