free
3-year
warranty
to
cover
every
piece
you
purchase
for
three
years
(with
a
valid
proof
of
purchase).

This warranty applies to each of our products, regardless of where you purchased them. Within three years, if your beloved jewelry needs repair, stone replacement, or resizing of a ring, we will cover it at no charge. If your beloved jewelry needs repair, stone replacement, or resizing of a ring, we offer the option of after-sales service.

The jewelry and watches from Luxenter come with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material defects and manufacturing faults. The requirement is that you have purchased the item as a consumer in a physical Luxenter store or on the website luxenter.com. From the date of purchase, we will repair your Luxenter jewelry/watch free of charge within this three-year period. If the repair is impossible or disproportionate, we will replace your item with another item of the same value. 

The warranty will not apply in the case of improper use, repair by third parties, lack of care, natural wear, damage caused by normal use (for example, scratched glass), misuse, or in the case of damage. 

Worn parts such as bracelets, leather or satin straps, and batteries are excluded from the warranty.

HOW DO I CLAIM THE WARRANTY?

To claim our warranty service, during the three-year period mentioned earlier, you can take the damaged item to any physical Luxenter store or send it directly to the headquarters through our form. 

It is essential that you include the purchase ticket in the package and, if it is a watch, the international warranty certificate. This certificate must be filled out, dated, signed, and stamped at a physical Luxenter store or an authorized Luxenter distributor. 

I bought my jewelry at Luxenter.com

Use your email address and order number online (which can be found at the top of your order confirmation email) to use our online Portal, which will automatically generate the documentation and shipping label you need to send your jewelry to us. If you cannot find your order number, you can also log in to your account to see a list of all your orders.

I bought my jewelry at a Luxenter store or at El Corte Inglés.

If you have a warranty confirmation email, you can use your email address and order number (which is located at the top of your warranty confirmation email and starts with STO) to use our online Portal, which will automatically generate the documentation and shipping label you need to send your jewelry back to us.

If you have an original printed receipt from the Luxenter store, a receipt from El Corte Inglés, or any other form of proof of purchase (such as a bank statement), please contact our team using WhatsApp, email, or phone. We may be able to help you locate your receipt, or provide you with further assistance on how to proceed if not.

I received my jewelry as a gift.

If you have a proof of purchase that includes an order number, you can use our Online Portal. Alternatively, if you did not receive a gift receipt,please contact the buyer to obtain a copy of the proof of purchase.If you cannot obtain this from the original buyer, don't worry, contact our team using WhatsApp, email, or phone at the bottom of this page. We may be able to help you locate your receipt or provide further assistance on how to proceed.

I can't find my purchase receipt, can you help me?

We accept many types of purchase receipts, but if you can't find yours, don't worry, you can still take advantage of our lifetime repair service for a repair fee.This will also activate a new 3-year warranty on your part. As a first step, we recommend that you contact our team via the WhatsApp link at the bottom of this page. We may be able to help you locate your receipt or provide you with further assistance on how to proceed if not. If you repair an item, the warranty still expires three years from the date of the purchase receipt.

If your item is out of our 3-year Warranty, don't worry, we can still repair your item with our Lifetime Repair Service, applying a small fee. This will also activate a new 3-year warranty on your item. To get started, visit our page 'How Luxenter's 3-Year Warranty Works' and simply follow the instructions for the option that best describes how you purchased or received your item. Once we have received your item, our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm the repair fee.

We are pleased to resize a ring if it is not the right size for you. Within three years of purchase, resizing is free with a valid proof of purchase. After three years, we can still resize your ring for a fee.
