3 YEARS warranty

At Luxenter, we are confident that our pieces are made with the highest quality. So confident, in fact, that we offer a free 3-year warranty to cover every piece you purchase (with a valid proof of purchase).

This warranty applies to each of our products, regardless of where you purchased them. Within a period of three years, if your beloved jewelry needs repair, we offer you our after-sales service that will evaluate your jewelry.

Luxenter jewelry and watches come with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material defects and manufacturing faults. The requirement is that you have purchased the item as a consumer in a physical Luxenter store or on the website luxenter.com. From the date of purchase, we will repair your Luxenter jewelry/watch free of charge within this three-year period. If the repair is impossible or disproportionate, we will replace your item with another item of the same value.

The warranty will not apply in cases of improper use, repair by third parties, lack of care, natural wear, damage caused by normal use (for example, scratched glass), misuse, or in case of damage.

Worn parts such as bracelets, leather or satin straps, and batteries are excluded from the warranty.
