Returns of products purchased online and returned in-store are free of charge for you. If the return or exchange of your online order is to the central warehouse, the costs associated with the exchange/return will be your responsibility. This charge corresponds to the shipping cost of the new product and the collection of the exchanged item. The fee is €5.95 for Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands €12.95, Canary Islands €19.95, and Ceuta and Melilla €23.95. Orders of €200 or more that have enjoyed free shipping will have a €5.95 handling fee in case of a full order return.

Yes. From the shopping cart, you can remove items you do not want as long as you have not completed and paid for the order. If on the same day of the order and once it is completed, you want to remove an item: If you placed the order after 12pm (CET), please contact customer service. If you placed the order before 12pm (CET), your order has already been shipped and you must process a return.

When you have chosen your jewelry and are ready to buy, you will see a box on the next screen asking if you have a discount code. Enter it, and the amount of your purchase will be automatically reduced.
