RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How much time do I have to return or exchange my jewelry?

You have 30 days from the receipt of your purchase.

To make a change, you just need to access our portal here, where you will need to enter your order number (our online orders start with 20000) and the email you used when making the purchase. During the process, you will be able to choose between an instant refund or an exchange for another item.

How much does a return cost me?

"Returns of products purchased online and returned in-store are free of charge for you."

If the return or exchange of your online order is to the central location, the associated costs for exchanges/returns will be at your expense. This charge corresponds to the shipping cost of the new product and the collection of the exchanged item. The value is €5.95 for mainland Spain, €12.95 for the Balearic Islands, €19.95 for the Canary Islands, and €23.95 for Ceuta and Melilla.

For international changes/returns, our Customer Service team will inform you about the corresponding cost.

Orders of €200 or more that have enjoyed free shipping will incur a fee of €5.95 for management costs in the event of a full return of the order.

How long does it take you to process the refund?

At most within 7 days from when we receive the jewelry.

How can I know my ring size?

Our rings are made:

- In the following sizes: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20.

- In a unique self-adjusting size.

What is the size of the collars?

The length of our necklaces is 42 centimeters, with an additional 3 centimeters extender.

The size of our bracelets is 18 centimeters with an additional 3 centimeters extender.

SHIPPING

Where do we ship to?

"We ship worldwide. Visit the 'Shipping and Delivery' section to see the cost details."

For logistical reasons, shipments to Andorra, Bolivia, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Cuba, India, Libya, Melilla, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Venezuela are not available at the moment.

 How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are prepared within 48-72 business hours from the order confirmation date. This may vary during sale seasons or promotions. If you believe your order is delayed, you can contact our customer service team:

Other types of shipments we offer are:

  • Express Shipping: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 24-48 business hours. 
  • Standard Shipping: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is between 3 and 4 business days. In Europe, the shipping time is 3-5 days, and outside the European Union, it is 5-11 days.
  • Personalized Jewelry: 5 to 7 business days for engraved jewelry.

*For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the process may take up to an additional 24 hours. Only valid for Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, England, Italy, and the Netherlands. 

Orders placed during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Sales may be delayed by a few more days due to the volume of orders.

How can I know where my jewelry is during shipping?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the courier company's website, where you can track your order at all times.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Can I pay cash on delivery?
  • Credit or debit card such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and other international cards. 
  • PayPal, an international payment operator with which you can also pay by card, regardless of whether you have a PayPal account or not. 
  • Sequra, pay in 3 months at no cost

We only accept this type of payment methods.

How can I make sure I made my purchase correctly?

Check your inbox to see if you have received an email confirming your order at Luxenter. If you don't have it, check that it isn't in the SPAM folder or contact us:

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. From the shopping cart, you can remove items you do not want as long as you have not completed and paid for the order. 

If on the same day of the order and once it is completed, you want to remove an item: 

  • If you placed the order after 12pm (CET), please contact customer service.
  • If you placed the order before 12pm (CET), your order has already been shipped and you need to manage a return.
 How are discount codes used?

When you have chosen your jewelry and go to purchase it, you will see on the next screen a box asking if you have a discount code. Enter it, and the amount of your purchase will be automatically reduced.

 Do the discount codes from the website apply in-store?

Yes. In case it is a discount only on our website, it will be specified.

 Can I use multiple discount codes?

"It is only possible to enter one discount code per order. In our newsletter, we indicate the available discount codes so that you can choose which one you prefer to use."

 "If we have several promotions in effect, they will not be cumulative unless otherwise stated."

What is the minimum order that can be placed through the website?

There is no minimum order.

What does the package you are sending me contain?
  • A case for each piece of jewelry you have ordered.
  • A shipping box per order.

What materials are the jewelry made of?

"We use certified 925 sterling silver, which is 92.5% pure silver mixed with alloys to create a very durable material. All our silver is 100% recycled, which significantly reduces emissions without sacrificing quality."

Our metal alloy covers layers of 18-karat gold that are at least 1 micron thick over the metal. That is 2 times thicker than the average gold plating and more durable.

All our diamonds are graded by cut, clarity, color, and carat weight. They are sourced in accordance with the Kimberley Process and the World Diamond Council's System of Warranties.

Our cultivated freshwater pearls are sourced from Asia and take approximately 2 to 3 years to grow before they are carefully harvested. Each one is unique in shape, size, character, and luster.
