  • All of our jewelry is carefully prepared in our facilities, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. If that is not the case, please contact atclienteluxenter@luxenter.com.
  • If you have difficulty placing your order or navigating through our website, please restart your browser. If the problems persist, contact us and our technical team will assist you as soon as possible. 
  • The orders placed starting from 2:00 PM on Thursday They will arrive starting on Monday. Those entered on the days Friday, Saturday, and Sunday they will be delivered starting Tuesday, in case of holiday It is processed the next business day.
  • Your purchase is special, that's why we make sure that the orders include:   
  1. One official case per item.
