Changes and returns
How long do I have to return or change my jewel?
You have 30 days From the reception of your purchase.
To make a change you just have to access our portal here, where you will have to introduce your order number (our online orders begin for 20,000) and the email you used when making the purchase. During the process, you can choose between instant reimbursement or change by another article.

How much does a return cost me?
Returns of online bought products and returned in store They have no charge for you.
If the return or change of your online order is to the plant, the expenses associated with the changes / return will go to your charge. This position corresponds to the cost of sending the new product and collection of the changed article. The value is € 5.95 for Spain Peninsula, Balearic Islands € 12.95, Canary Islands € 19.95 and Ceuta and Melilla € 23.95.
For international changes / returns, our customer service will inform you about the corresponding cost.
Orders of € 200 or superiors that have enjoyed free shipping will have a rate of € 5.95 for management expenses in the case of full return of the order.
How long do you take to pay the return?

How can I know the size of my ring?
Our rings are manufactured:
- In the following measures: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20.

What is the measure of the necklaces?
The measure of our necklaces is 42 centimeters, with a extender of 3 centimeters more.

Shipments
Where do we make shipments?
We ship to everyone. Visit the “Shipping and Deliveries” section to see the details of the costs.
For logistics reasons, shipments in Andorra, Bolivia, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Cuba, India, Libya, Melilla, Russia, South Africa, Switzerland, Ukraine and Venezuela are not available at the moment.
How long does my order take to arrive?

Other types of shipments we offer are:
- Express Shipping: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 24-48 business hours.
- Standard Shipping: Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is between 3 and 4 business days. In Europe the shipping time is 3-5 days and outside the European Union is 5-11 days.
- Personalized jewelry: 5 to 7 working days for engraving jewelry.
*For shipments to the Balearic Islands the process can be delayed up to 24 hours. Only valid for Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, England, Italy and Holland.
Orders made during periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or sales, can be delayed a few more days due to the volume of orders.
How can I know where my jewel is during shipping?
When your order is sent you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the website of the messaging company, from where you can follow your order at all times.

Can I pay against refund?

Can I delete an article from my order?
Yeah. From the purchase basket you can delete the items that you do not want as long as you have not finished and paid the order.
If on the same day of the order and once this is finished, you want to delete an article:
- If the order you made it After 12pm (CET), please contact customer service.
- If the order you made it Before 12pm (CET), your order is already sent and you must manage a return.
How are discount codes used?
When you have chosen your jewels and go to buy them, you will see on the next screen a box in which we will ask you if you have a discount code. Enter it and automatically reduce the amount of your purchase.
Do web discounts are applied in the store?
Yeah. In case it is a discount only on our website, it will appear specified.
Can I use several discount codes?
It is only possible to enter a discount code in each order. In our newsletter we indicate the discounts available so that you choose which one you prefer to use.
If we have several promotions in force they will not be cumulative except that otherwise indicated.
How much is the minimum order that can be made through the web?
There is no minimum order.
What does the package that you send me contain?

What materials are jewels?
We use 925 certified law, which is pure silver at 92.5 % mixed with alloys to create a very durable material. All our money is 100 % recycled, which significantly reduces emissions without sacrificing quality.

Our metal alloy covers 18 carat gold layers of at least 1 thick micra on the metal. That is 2 times thicker than the average and more durable gold bath.
All our diamonds are evaluated by cutting, clarity, color and carats. They are obtained according to the Kimberley process and the guarantee system of the Diamond World Council.

Our cultured fresh water pearls are obtained in Asia and take approximately 2 or 3 years to grow before they are carefully harvested. Each is unique in shape, size, character and brightness.
