No filters. Coffee, meditation, checking the phone...
Ana Peinado: The first thing I do when I wake up is prepare a good breakfast. It's one of my favorite moments of the day. Scrambled eggs or toast, fruit, juice... That's when I take time to check news, emails, phone... I always organize myself to have plenty of time for breakfast. To start the day calmly and energized.
There are days when the first thing I do is have tea, a protein shake, and go to the gym.
L: WHAT IS ON YOUR NIGHTSTAND RIGHT NOW?
A book, a candle, a serum, a lost note...
A.P.: On my nightstand I have some of my rosaries (I collect rosaries), a guardian angel, some love notes, my perfumes...
L: THREE WORDS THAT DESCRIBE YOUR NIGHTTIME “SELF”:
Mysterious, chaotic, creative... whatever you feel.
A.P.: Creative, fun and... Woody Allen's movie Midnight in Paris comes to mind... I would love a night like that.
L: THE JEWEL YOU NEVER TAKE OFF:
That piece that is already part of you.
A.P.: The DORANE necklace from Luxenter. If I had to choose a jewel that identifies me, it would be a gold chain like this. Elegant and classic, but that can be worn with a more modern look. For me, it is essential. It is my identity.
L: A JEWEL THAT MAKES YOU FEEL POWERFUL:
The ones you put on and they automatically boost your energy.
A.P.: The FIKE hoops from Luxenter. They give me 'power'. They remind me of my roots and my family from Andalusia. They are my favorite earrings. A good hoop always lifts your energy.
L: WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST MEMORY WITH A JEWEL?
An inherited ring, earrings stolen from your mother, a special gift...
A.P.: My first memory... or rather my 'crown jewel' are three rings: my grandmother Inés's wedding ring, my grandmother Jacinta's signet ring where our initials are engraved, and a ring I designed with three linked bands, made by melting gold from my two grandmothers, simulating a union of the three of us.
And the other day my mother gave me a ring of hers from when she was young and now I don't take it off. It gives me confidence.
In fact, my KIBAK necklace from Luxenter directly reminds me of my mother and I love it for that, and the TANY ring reminds me of my grandmothers.
L: YOUR FOOLPROOF RITUAL TO DISCONNECT:
A bath, music, zero screens… What's your recipe?
A.P.: A hot shower, good skincare, playing the soundtrack of The White Lotus (from the first season), a scented candle, and sparkling water with lots of ice and lemon… or a little glass of red wine.
L: COZY PLAN OR GO OUT TO SHINE?
There is no wrong answer.
A.P.: Both, of course. I love going out to shine and the next day doing a cozy plan at home.

L: GOLD, SILVER, OR MIX OF METALS?
Classic, daring, or indecisive team.
A.P.: I've always been loyal to gold. But now I'm trying to mix small pieces.

The one that says "this is me."
A.P.: I would say the chain or the hoops I mentioned before. Without a doubt. There's nothing better that represents me because it's also what I wear daily.
L: WHAT IS YOUR "GOLDEN HOUR"?
That moment of the day when you feel everything fits.
A.P.: My golden hour is actually any moment of the day that I'm with my partner, family, or friends, when I can enjoy quality time with them.
