GENERAL INFORMATION
  • ORDER PREPARATION: We are committed to preparing all orders received by 2 pm (CET) on the same day. If your order was placed after 2 pm, the order will be prepared the next business day. If for any reason this is not possible, you will be notified by email and provided with an estimated shipping date. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.
  • SHIPPING: We ship worldwide. Below you will find details of the shipping costs and types corresponding to each country.
  • CHANGES: If you want to make a change to the delivery address once the order has been shipped, it is essential that you contact us as soon as possible. Changing the shipping address will incur an additional cost depending on the destination.
  • ORDERS IN SPAIN: For all shipments to Spain, the courier company responsible for the delivery and transport of all our orders is ASM. For any comments, suggestions, or inquiries, contact us.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders, shipments are forwarded to other air transport companies. Shipments to PO boxes cannot be made.
  • ORDER STATUS: You can check the status of your order and its tracking number in your user account under “My Orders”, which is linked to the courier platform.
  • HANDLING FEES: Orders of €200 or more that have enjoyed free shipping will have a €5.90 fee as handling charges in case of full order return.

PURCHASES OVER 40€ Free shipping. PURCHASES UNDER 40€ Shipping cost: 3.95€. DELIVERY TIME - Express. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 24 business hours if the order was placed before 4pm (CET), and 48 business hours if placed after 4pm (CET). DELIVERY TIME - Standard. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 3 business days if the order was placed before 2pm (CET), and 4 business days if placed after 2pm (CET). 

  •  BALEARIC ISLANDS

PURCHASES OVER 60€ Free shipping. Note: Shipments may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. Luxenter commits to carrying out the procedures and preparing the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management. PURCHASES UNDER 60€ Shipping cost: 8.95€. Shipping prices will vary depending on the destination country. DELIVERY TIME - Express Only valid for Portugal, France, Germany, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 24 business hours if your order was placed before 2pm (CET), and 48 business hours if placed after 2pm (CET). DELIVERY TIME - Standard. Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 3-5 business days. Exceptions: Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, and Finland the shipping time is 6 to 8 business days. 

  • NON-EUROPEAN UNION

PURCHASES OVER 100€ Free shipping. PURCHASES UNDER 100€ Shipping cost: from 15€. DELIVERY TIME - Standard. Outside the EU, the shipping time is 5-11 business days depending on the destination. HANDLING FEES. Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the buyer's responsibility.
