1. Organizing entity 

This prize draw (hereinafter, the “Prize Draw”) is organized by [A COMPLETAR – Razón social], with tax identification number [A COMPLETAR] and registered office at [A COMPLETAR] (hereinafter, “Luxenter” or the “Organizer”), through its online store and physical stores. 

2. Purpose and mechanics of the Prize Draw 

The purpose of the Prize Draw is to award a prize to one person selected from all new customer registrations made—both through the website (Shopify) and at physical stores—during the period from September 1 to September 30, 2026, inclusive. 

A valid “new registration” is any person who: 

1. Has registered for the first time as a Luxenter customer (online or at a physical store) between September 1 and September 30, 2026. 

2. As of September 30, 2026, has active and valid consent to receive commercial communications by email and to be part of Luxenter’s database. 

3. Meets the general participation requirements described in clause 3. 

Registrations that, despite having been completed during the indicated period, did not provide consent to receive commercial communications, or revoked it before September 30, 2026, will not be taken into account for the purposes of the Prize Draw. 

Participation does not require any purchase. It is sufficient to register as a new customer (through either of the two indicated channels) and maintain active consent to receive commercial communications as of September 30, 2026. It is not necessary to have placed an order or redeemed any coupon or discount code to participate in the Prize Draw. This is the sole registration requirement, and it applies equally to the online and physical-store channels. 

For the purposes of this clause, reactivating an account or contact that already previously existed in Luxenter’s database will not be considered a valid “new registration” (for example, a customer who unsubscribed and registers again). Each individual may participate in the Prize Draw only once, regardless of the number of registrations or sign-ups they generate during the participation period. 

The Prize Draw is a random promotional combination. Since participation does not require any financial consideration or purchase, it does not require prior administrative authorization under the applicable gaming regulations. 

3. Participation requirements 

Individuals who meet all of the following conditions may participate in the Prize Draw: 

1. Be over 18 years of age. 

2. Being resident in Spanish territory, including mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Persons residing outside Spanish territory are excluded from participating in the Draw. Residence is declared at the time of registration and may be verified, in the case of the winner and alternates, in accordance with the procedure in clause 8. 

2. Having registered as a new Luxenter customer through the website or any physical store between September 1 and 30, 2026. 

3. Having accepted, as of September 30, 2026, the privacy policy and the receipt of commercial communications by email. 

Luxenter employees, their immediate family members (up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity), and anyone professionally involved in organizing the Draw are excluded from participating in the Draw. 

Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these legal rules. 

4. Draw Period 

1. Participation period (valid registrations): from September 1 to 30, 2026. 

2. Draw date: Thursday, October 1, 2026. 

5. Prize 

The prize consists of a selection of Luxenter jewelry from the new collection, with a maximum value of €200 (including taxes). 

Once the winner has been determined, Luxenter will contact them to arrange the selection of their preferred pieces from the current collection, up to the maximum prize value (€200). If the value of the selected pieces is less than €200, the difference will not be paid or compensated in cash or in any other way. The prize does not include additional costs not specified in these rules (for example, personalized engravings or other extraordinary services), unless Luxenter expressly decides to include them. 

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for its cash value or for any other product or service. 

6. Selection of the winner 

The draw will be conducted randomly among all persons who meet the requirements of clause 3, through the app-sorteos.com/es platform, using the list of valid registrations exported from Luxenter's database as of September 30, 2026. 

Along with the winner, 3 alternates will be selected using the same procedure, at the same time and in order of precedence, for the cases provided for in clause 7. 

The result of the draw will be documented by the record or certificate of results generated by app-sorteos.com/es, which Luxenter will retain for control and traceability purposes, should it be necessary to provide evidence thereof. 

7. Communication with the winner and alternates 

7.1. After the draw has taken place, Luxenter will contact the winner using the contact details (email and/or telephone) provided when registering as a customer. 

7.2. The winner will have a period of 5 business days, starting from Luxenter’s first contact attempt, to respond and confirm acceptance of the prize. 

7.3. If, once this period has elapsed, the winner does not respond, expressly declines the prize, or does not prove compliance with the participation requirements in accordance with clause 8, they will be deemed to have forfeited their right to receive it. In that case, Luxenter will contact the first alternate (according to the order of priority established in clause 6), who will be subject to the same 5-business-day period and the same verification requirements. 

7.4. This process will be repeated successively with the following alternates until one of them confirms acceptance of the prize and proves compliance with the requirements, or until the list of alternates is exhausted. 

7.5. This entire process—contact attempts, deadlines, refusals, verifications, and moving on to alternates—will be handled internally and confidentially by Luxenter. No public announcement will be made, and individuals who have not responded, have declined, or have not proven compliance with the requirements will not be identified on any channel (social media, website, or otherwise). Only the name or initials of the person who ultimately accepts and receives the prize may be announced, if Luxenter so decides, and only with their express consent. 

7.6. If none of the alternates confirms acceptance of the prize, Luxenter may declare the Prize Draw void, with no right to compensation for the participants. 

8. Prize delivery 

Once the winner’s acceptance has been confirmed, Luxenter will contact them to coordinate the selection of the pieces and the method of delivery (in-store collection or shipping, as determined). 

Luxenter may request the winner to provide the documentation necessary to verify compliance with the participation requirements (for example, DNI/NIE, to prove that they are of legal age and their residence) before delivering the prize. If such documentation is not provided or does not allow compliance with the requirements to be established, the provisions of clause 7.3 will apply. 

9. Data protection 

The personal data provided by participants will be processed by [A COMPLETAR – Razón social] as the data controller, for the purpose of managing their participation in the Prize Draw, contacting the winner and alternates, and delivering the prize. 

The legal basis for processing is the performance of these rules and, where applicable, the consent given by the data subject when agreeing to receive commercial communications and become part of Luxenter's database. 

The data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required or necessary for prize delivery (for example, transport companies or the app-sorteos.com/es platform used to conduct the draw). 

The data of participants who are neither winners nor awarded substitutes will be retained only for the administration of the Prize Draw and will be deleted for these purposes six months after the date of the draw, without prejudice to the person remaining in Luxenter's general database as a customer while their consent remains valid. 

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by contacting [TO BE COMPLETED – contact address or email for data protection], in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPD-GDD).

10. Taxation of the prize 

In accordance with applicable tax regulations, prizes in kind worth more than €300 are subject to withholding or payment on account of personal income tax, which would be borne by the Organizer. As the maximum value of this prize is €200, it does not exceed that threshold and, consequently, the obligation to withhold or make a payment on account does not apply. 

11. Acceptance of the rules and reservation of rights 

These legal rules will be published and accessible before the start of the participation period (1 September 2026). 

Participation in the Prize Draw constitutes full acceptance of these legal rules. Luxenter reserves the right to amend these rules, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw in the event of force majeure, fraud, technical malfunction, or any circumstance preventing its normal operation, duly communicating this through its official channels, without this giving participants any right to compensation or indemnification. 

Luxenter reserves the right to exclude from the Prize Draw any participant who breaches these rules or participates fraudulently. 

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction 

These rules are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these rules, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of [TO BE COMPLETED – locality], unless consumer and user regulations establish another jurisdiction.
